Have you checked to see if there is a correction posted on our website for the pattern? Just type in the pattern name in the search box at the top right of this page and hit enter or click the magnifying glass. You’ll be taken to that pattern page where you can click the errata tab located below the pattern picture to find any corrections. If there is no errata tab, we have no corrections posted for that pattern. If your pattern is old and is no longer on found on our website, a Pattern Errata document can also be found and downloaded here. If no correction is listed, we suggest that you contact the LYS from which you purchased your yarn for assistance. Finally, if your pattern problem is not resolved by either of the first two options, please email us at: email@example.com.
